Our network is built around real creative capability. Depending on the role, creatives can be evaluated through portfolio reviews, practical skill assessments and real-world creative exercises, so clients are matched with people who can actually do the work.

How people get on call

  • Every creative starts with a portfolio review — and we read portfolios the way a creative director does, not the way a recruiter does. We're looking for real, shipped work: craft, ideas, range, and whether the work actually did its job for the client it was made for.

  • Depending on the role, creatives complete practical, role-specific assessments. A motion designer animates a live brief. An editor cuts a sequence from raw footage. A designer works a brand problem with real constraints and a real deadline. We don't take anyone's word for their toolkit, we watch them use it.

  • We talk to people they've actually worked with, and we pay attention to the unglamorous stuff: communication, reliability, how they take feedback, how they show up when a project gets messy. Talent gets you considered. Being good to work with gets you on call.
